Syngenta Participations AG Issues Intellectual Property Notice

An efficient Intellectual Property (IP) system is essential in fostering innovation.  It must maintain the right balance between the needs of society and the interests of the inventor to be effective.  Last August 16, Syngenta issued an intellectual property notice for its crop protection products.   Syngenta also reminded the public that it would not hesitate to take legal action to protect and enforce its IP rights.  Here is the link to the IP Notice issued by Syngenta.
